    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

  10. Severability & Waiver

    If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
